I purchased two of your sets for Rainbow Bridge from Twilight Scraps on July 11. Today is July 24 - they have not sent me a download link yet and I am unable to complete a special card for a good friend. I have sent a dozen emails requesting the link. Is this how you and they do business?

You will need the order number off the e mail you would have received from the store. If you have any further problems sweetie, let me know here on my email tootypup@gmail.com.
